This is my first time using an Amsoil oil filter, and I'm actually beyond impressed. The housing itself is heavy-gauge metal, and the rest of the filter is very well-made. I'm not going back to lesser filters.
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I like changing my eng oil and filter once a year. The filter sure can take out the contaminates.
I have a 2023 Corolla six speed Trans with the 2.0 engine and it take
0-16 oil. the OEM and MOBILE 1 filter is smaller drain holes while the Amzoil
Has larger holes and I preceive this should improve flow

I have used Mobil 1 filters for two decades not realizing there was something that filters down to 20 microns instead 30, won't ever go back.
I’ve been a preferred customer using Amsoil for over 20 years and just think of the money saved going 25,000 miles before the oil change! My Ram pickup has 380,000 and the engine still going strong. I wish everything else would last as long as the motor on Amsoil!
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I have great confidence in the products Amzoil produces. I use them in all the engines I maintain.
My original Toyota called for (oil filter) fits tight, good and snug. My new AMS oil filter fits wobbly and loose. Only difference I can tell is the 2 big o-rings, one on each side, so guessing the filter fits good and tight only after you screw on the filter housing. Not sure if I will be buying any more AMS oil filters. Honestly, I think I'm gonna change my oil filter again after 500 miles. I can only hope my oil going through my canister is NOT in the bypass mode.
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use Amsoil filters in conjunction with Amsoil Signature Series 0w-20 motor oil in a Tundra, Sequoia and a Rav4. I have had my oil independently tested at intervals to 10k miles. The tests results convinced me this combo is nothing short of fantastic! Blackstone told me I could exceed 10k miles on an oil change interval......enough said!
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Chevy Traverse 2019 engine oil change and filter. Well all I know is that it’s clean, feels like good quality and doesn’t spill. As far as the oil, I put 5.5 qts as it requires six I’m sure there’s oil still in the engine ajuste chillin in there so after filling, dipstick showed it was at the right level. The engine does make a different sound on start up. Possibly the oil difference. I will try one more oil change possibly at 8 k the filter at the second change so around 16k it recommends 20k for filter but I’ll just do every other change.
