No one actually likes changing their oil, but if you have to do, having a kit of pre-selected oil and a Wix oil filter makes it so much easier to do. It also includes little minutiae like a paper funnel, gloves and stickers. Plus the price is pretty reasonable to boot. I can confidently click into each gear and find neutral. Yes. My last order was over a $100, and I didn't get a towel. I didn't get a RAG. I didn't even get a new manual telling me about your product. Nothing I got my oil and that's it, not even a thank you, note. When I called to discuss it with customer service, they acted as if so, you're not gonna be another customer, you're not gonna order again, you're not gonna so alright. A big thing. I can get really good synthetic oil for less and not have to ship and not have to pay for the the shipping and wait for the order to show up and on and on and on after 6 years, you would think that I was a preferred customer.
