I paid my Amsoil annual membership while inArizona this past winter and ordered some product. W(en I came back to Canada I sent an order to Toronto Canada and when it arrived I discovered that it came from the USA. This particular order of o8l and filter came in one shipment. This past week I received a "past due" notice for $27.00 and change. I contacted Amsoil and was told that the bill had been "split" and there was a balance remaining due. Not real happy about this process and it's not about the money, it's the principle.

I use this on my 2000 VW Jetta TDI. Been using their product for seven years now. There products are always great and exceeding many standards. Jetta is runs smooth with this oil and a slight increase in mpg.

Been using this product in my 2011 Audi A4, never had any issues, engine runs smoothly at all times, inside of engine is very clean. Drained oil after 10,000 miles, had it tested and still could be used for 2-5k miles... I will always use AMSoil in all my vehicles!

Seems to be a decent product but the customer service is not worth the hassle for me.

I've been using Amsoil products in my Mercedes suv's. Currently have a 2011 Mercedes GL350 Bluetec diesel. I don' Use any other oil and filter. I have bought other products as well and they are all top quality.

I love things oil! The car runs smooth and I know that the motor is protected by a great product. I use it in my 2008 Audi Q7 4.2L Yes Amsoil has great selection of oil for German cars.

Purchase this oil and oil filter for my turbo charged mini Cooper. I have used premium synthetic motor oil from different manufacturers for a long time. However when I changed to this oil I could Immediately hear the difference. The motor definitely ran quieter and has stayed quiet since using Amsoil. Thank you for a superior product.

It's always hard to find a quality American made oil that meets European Manufacturer oil standards. Amsoil European exceeds those standards. I trust this oil in both of my German diesels, a 2005 VW TDI and a 2009 BMW X5 35d. Even at -25* during the polar vortex of the Chicago winter this oil did it's job to protect my engines.

I like the longer oil change intervals

Long time ago when I was using Mobil one (at leat 15 years ago) my friend was trying to convince me to switch to Amsoil. What made me switch is this guy has taken samples from two of his cars and mailed to the lab. The lab showed us that the car with Amsoil, 60k miles, and 6k on oil is estimated to be 20k car with 2k synthetic oil, while other sample was spot on. So I switched. And never had any engine failures, even in vehicles over 200k. The ESP keeps my diesel egr clean, while other oils in same engines cause lots of ash/carbon build up.

I have found in using Amsoil that with great protection also comes great gas mileage. When I made the switch, my gas mileage went from 31mpg to 35mpg. I'm also able to go longer between changes.
