I’m not a chemist, I can’t say If this oil is better than any other quality synthetic. I can say it’s more expensive than most. The that comes with an oil change is a nice touch, HOWEVER most manufacturers recommend you replace that little washer around the drain plug. It’s a .50 cent item, for what you’re paying that should be included

I've been using this oil to fix my wife's engine that the dealer said had alot of sludge in it...I've had to change my oil more frequently than I would have liked but I can truly tell the change in the way the vehicle runs

I am just learning about Amsoil brand products. Which ones would be suitable for my small business? I am hoping for a high level of quality of the Amsoil brand. So far these oils are suitable for me and I hope that my cars will be fine with Amsoil products.

Used XL 5/20 in my parents car since new , 290 km and the oil is just as clean after 10k as it is when it goes in. Engine runs perfectly without any issues. Very good product. Well worth the money.

This is the only oil I use in my wife’s Mazda. So far it’s been great and the car runs like a champ.

I’ve always ran,Amsoil in my diesel went to a gas truck this time. Very impressive product waiting on to see the results from Blackstone now I’ve changed from the synthetic blend that was used prior in the truck.

First time using this particular line of oil ( usually using the signature series) in my now-aging 2002 Honda van with 230,000 miles. I have NO doubt what so ever this product will excel in keeping the crank turning for another few years before I have to retire "the bus" . I chose this line of product due to the age of the vehicle and couldn't justify continuing to use the signature series oil.

I only use Amsoil products in ALL of my equipment and vehicles! They were tested by several top agencies and came out number one in comparative testing. Best test came from "project farm" on youtube by far.

Amsoil is the only automotive motor oil product I use on my vehicles. The extended service interval and high quality product keeps my vehicle's engine running smooth and trouble-free. I have been using Amsoil products for about 20 years. The customer service and value is second to none!

I was a little short on money this time around and my drain interval was about 11 months this past time and I only went a bit over 8k miles. So I decided to try the Extended Life motor oil rather than the Signature Series. I haven't been running it long enough to form an excellent opinion on it, but hey...it's AmsOil. What really needs to be said about it? But since I've owned the vehicle at around 93k miles and I'm up to almost 153k miles, the motor still runs literally like brand new and it's only had two times when it didn't get AmsOil, but rather Valvoline. But if you look at the price of store shelf bought oil, AmsOil really doesn't cost much more these days when you're a preferred customer and that extra peace of mind is worth it. I'd even run AmsOil OE oil if I was truly short on money these days, but for now, I think Extended Life is a very good middle ground when you want to keep your vehicle running smoothly but you don't deem Signature Series super necessary. Unless you run in a very dirty environment, use ethanol-based fuel on a regular basis, do any sort of towing or competitive track racing, then this should be more than good enough for you!

This new formula is impressive in that it has extended drain intervals & it was cheaper than the Signature Series which has become really expensive
