My 2004 Wrangler 4.0 (150,000 miles) began to experience valve clatter during start up. Since it was time to change the oil again, I thought I would try the Performance Improver. 15 minutes idle then change the oil and filter. Valve clatter is gone. Plus, my average mileage jumped up from 15 mpg to 16+. Wasn't expecting that, but I'm not complaining.

All my vehicles use this every compel of months and keeps the engines run smooth

It improves my mileage by 2-3 MPG , as of yet I don't know how it cleans yet !

Got what I ordered when I wanted it.

I bought two of these for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 Double Cab and my Wife 2013 Toyota Highlander. The P.i. Performed really increased the MPG in both vehicles. Especially in my Tacoma with the 4.0 V6. If you own one, you the MPG is alright in the 4.0 V6 but not the greatest. But the P.i. improved it significantly.

It did seem to improve the performance.

I use P.i. Performance Improver Gasoline Additive 2-3 times a year. When you first added in and fill your tank up(mine is a truck and holds 24gals) which is one bottle. It seem that you go through the gasoline fast. But, I do notice a boost in engine and it idles soother. It is as if I added a higher octane of gasoline. I have noticed that if you have had a recent oil change and the oil is still clean it will become dirtier much quicker. I guess it may be because it doing what is supposed to do. After I refill my tank with gasoline, I do notice gasoline consumption improves.
