This stuff is just what advertised, it is extreme, this with slip lock and a very noisy high mileage heavy duty rear-end guietened down and stop chattering

Worked great, easily filled the front diff of my 04 Silverado and it came with a sticker, which is arguably the best part. Would recommend!

I first tried 75w-140 for a year in the rear 10.5. Then decided to upgrade my differentials and gears. Seeing the gear wear (mirror shine) and the improved performance (mileage/mtn hill climbs). I knew to use Amsoil in my rebuilds. I went with 75w-110 since I do not tow and highway drive mostly. The new rear differential is set at tighter clutch preload than stock. And No Need for Any additive.

Put this is my 71 VW Bug transaxle and it works amazing. Smooth shifting!

Amsoil products are great and the gear lube is great too! Been using Amsoil oil, filters, fuel additives and gear lube for years.

Heard nothing but great things about this gear lube. Did my fluid change and zero problems or issues!

I just did my rear-end Differential a month ago - removed the cover and used 3 cans of CRC PRO GRADE BRAKE CLEANER (RED CAN) to get it nice & clean - and remove residual contaminated oil. I used this for the First Time ever and all I can say is that it like pouring a new rear end into your vehicle. Nice quiet smooth ride & dramatically has slowed leak from the input shaft. I highly recommend it especially for 4x4 / heavy duty / & heavy haul (truck & bus) protection... Next up will be the front differential same product. No friction modifier needed OR added, everything you need is all in this product... Excellent Engineering 👍

I changed my old, dirty diff fluid from my Vette to this new, clean fluid. Hopefully it protects my diff and performs as good as the trans fluid I replaced the same day. I didn’t feel a difference as much as I did on my M7 transmission, as I was able to feel how it shifted effortlessly compared to prior to the fluid change. I believe this is a great product so far.

These are great for rear differential where you have room. A lot faster then pumping it in.

If you’ve read my other reviews you know I’m prejudiced toward Amsoil products, based on their performance. This time I’m taken aback at just how good this product is. I purchased a 1969 Mach 1 428SCJ with at least 45,000 miles and after checking its gear oil I think 145,000 miles might me closer as it was black as tar and the Traction Lok clutches slipped so badly it behaved like an open rear. I wondered if someone had swapped one in. I drained and refilled with this gear oil. A year later I repeated the process and this year I was going to do so again. However, the oil still looked clean AND the Traction Lok started working. I don’t know the formulation but I know I’m amazed!

I just aquired a 2004 Yukon XL with low mileage and minimal rust. One of the 1st things I did was change the front and rear differentials. Amsoil is the best so that is what I replaced it with. I have used it in the past and it never let me down.

I have used this oil before, but not with the friction modifier added. I don't need a friction modifier in my differential and I wish AMSOIL would bottle it without it in the package. If you're not responsible enough to add enough friction modifier to your differential oil when you change it (if it is needed), then you shouldn't be changing it. Some differentials need more friction modifier with the same amount of oil. AMSOIL or ANY oil may not have enough friction modifier for your differential in concentration for your application. You may need more. Some Differentials need more than 1 bottle. Is AMSOIL or ANY other oil concentrated enough with modifier to meet the needs of your application?

I have a 2021 Toyota Tacoma with 6000mi on her. Been switching factory fluids and I’m really impressed. Did my 1000/5000 oil change and just replaced rear diff. Whining noise went away from the rear end. Highly recommended Amsoil

Had a shutter in differential, used Mobil1 with an additive last time. Severe gear made a big difference. My truck is running smooth again. 06 Tacoma with tow package.
