Yes. My last order was over a $100, and I didn't get a towel. I didn't get a RAG. I didn't even get a new manual telling me about your product. Nothing I got my oil and that's it, not even a thank you, note. When I called to discuss it with customer service, they acted as if so, you're not gonna be another customer, you're not gonna order again, you're not gonna so alright. A big thing. I can get really good synthetic oil for less and not have to ship and not have to pay for the the shipping and wait for the order to show up and on and on and on after 6 years, you would think that I was a preferred customer. One time out in the desert I forgot to tighten the drain plug on my wife's squad. She went about 5 miles before the quad stopped.
