We bought my daughters 1st car off a family friend who bought a 2017 Nissan Sentra new. While it was well cared for, maintenance was not up to date. When we bought I knew it needed the CVT changed as it had 107k. I changed fluid along with the 2 filters and gasket for the CVT. You can feel the crispness is back. The original owner's wife road in it to the airport last week with my wife and noticed it felt like the 2025 Nissan Sentra they had just purchased. This Amsoil fluid seems great and now I can get on a 30k fluid change interval to hopefully prolong the longevity of this transmission. While only 1k has been put on the new fluid change, i can tell it's worth buying Amsoil.

Watched Youtube, and Amsoil was the recommended oil for my Honda HRV cvt tranny. It's synthetic, which I prefer, and it works great. Price was good, and got free shipping, because of the quantity I bought. I will buy again next time I need it.

You can't go wrong. This a far more superior oil than OEM and the cost is nearly the same.

newly Purchased used car at 68k had shuddering at 19 mph speed. 1st drain and fill with 51/2 amsoil Cvt fluid solves the problem! WOW,,👍

Currently I'm a AMS OIL user and distribution. Former transmission mechanic, as we all know the CVT transmision is the worst type..period! My brother was having issues with his cvt/veh. I suggested to change the fluid and both filters. Run it a week and repeat process (yes it's expensive service). After the 2nd service, he said his CVT transmision never shifts better and running cooler. I recommend anyone w a CVT transmision to do this recommend service and 90% of the times solves sluggish shift issues. If your CVT ls severely slipping and fluid burnt black, this service will not fix your issue. CVT transmisions will last a lengthy time if chg/service every 25k miles with AMS Oil fluid!

It perked up the granny, was slipping a little before. Now it's not. Od recommend this fluid.

Changed fluid and filter at 116000, now shifts smooth and no shudder at take off

Picked up a used 2015 Nissan Sentra with only 22000 miles. I knew the history of these cars having poor transmission reliability. After doing my research majority of the fails appears from lack of maintenance. The car would shudder a tad bit like going over speed bumps but after doing a full drain and replacing both filters the shudder is gone. In about the next 15-20k miles I’ll just change the oil again. Another thing I noticed is my mileage has improved too about 2-4 mpg Time will tell if this transmission holds up as this car is my new daily driver for fuel economy.

did a drain and fill for a 2017 honda civic 2.0. so far no issues. i feel confident using 100% synthetic fluid. i will likely soon drain and fill again to get all the old fluid out.

I’ve used this product for the past 100,000 miles in my 2016 Honda Accord with a CVT, and it’s the only one that has effectively eliminated shuddering. Highly recommended!

Can't beat the Amsoil tested quality. If you want the absolute best in the industry, you have no other options.

So there’s this thing with the new Subarus CVT transmission oil. It is really difficult to get a hold of and Subaru only carries them on a 5 gallon in its price range is ridiculous. I was very skeptical at first to try out this Amsoil Caveat but I decided to try it since Amsoil recommended. Well, I’m glad I did. The oil I changed out of was my 2020 Subaru ascent. I can tell you that there is a big difference in smoothness and increase on my MPGs. Subaru guys, do it , you won’t regret it.

I believe AMSOIL 100% Synthetic CVT Fluid is the best CVT fluid on the market. I have used this ctv fluid for two years and a new filter every year, and I think this stops the shudders in my CVT Trans at slow taking off down the road. I have 240,000 Km. on my Maxima. I had used Nissan NS fluid and it did not stop, doing the shudders. Now It has stoped doing the shudders, with Amsoil.

Recently put Amsoil CVT fluid in my vehicle and am shocked by the difference it made. Transmission feels smooth and quiet. I am so glad I didn't go with fluid from the dealer. Never going back.
