2nd and 3rd gear synchros felt like they were failing on the old fluid, but after using this stuff it cleaned up the synchros behavior immediately. Would recommend for anybody who needs synchromesh fluid - especially in a Honda that requires it

Bought this for my 06 RSX that was popping out of 3rd gear. Other owners recommended it and it worked like they said it would, smoother shifting and no popping out of gear!

I did my transmission service on my 2005 rsx type s. The oil definitely made my gear shifting smoother and it eliminated my 3rd gear pop out I'd recommend this product to anyone looking to service their transmission.

I've used this oil for twenty years in my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 six speed transmission. It works well and the transmission is still going strong at 300k miles.

This fluid took what felt like I was shifting through marbles with what I'll call 'finicky' downshifting and smoothed things right out. Change it every 30k and things stay nice and smooth.

I had a small, annoying issue with my 2013 Honda Civic since I bought it. (Over 5 years) Second gear was often notchy when downshifting from 3-2, especially in winter during cold weather and the first kilometers driven after starting the car. (Full warm I almost never have this issue.) I saw great reviews about the Amsoil MTF for Honda cars and I decided to give it a try. I replaced my MTF about 3 weeks ago and so far this oil seems to have reduced my notchy second gear about 50% when the car is cold so it's pretty nice. The reason I give 4 stars is because it's pretty expensive but otherwise it's a great product.

This MTF was far better than the OEM MTF fluid in my 6 spd manual transmission.

Used it twice now and after swapping from the factory oil, I noticed easier and faster 4x4 shifting! Good stuff!

At 90,000 interval Amzoil synchromesh manual gear oil looks barely touched

Original owner of 2008 Honda Civic SI and made the change to AMSOIL synthetic at the first oil and filter interval for both engine and transmission. 16 years later and still still a daily driver with zero issues in the power-train.
