I needed gear oil for my tranny with “yellow metals”. Transmission has been shifting well. I got my order quickly and will purchase this gear oil again when I change it out

1999 Miata. These 5 speeds are pretty notorious for being "notchy" but tight in a good way. Online forum's recommended Ford's synthetic manual transmission fluid as "the best" and at $30 a quart.... I bought 2 quarts and to me made it worse and too hard to get into second like the synchros weren't meshing. I bought this fluid along with Amsoil engine oil and filter while I was under the car and the transmission has NEVER been smoother and at almost half the price to boot. I will continue to use Amsoil in all my cars and will also be changing the rear diff fluid with Amsoil in the Miata. I'm sold

This transmission oil seems to work the best for me in my vintage 020 VW gearboxes. I have several cars with the 020 5-speed gearbox and have tried several different gear oils and the Amsoil seems to work the best when compared side by side in real world conditions. I now run this gear oil in all of the 020 5-speed gearboxes.

Impossible de se tromper dans le choix de grade. Amsoil se casse la tête pour nous, un match 100% car j'ai la norme requise du constructeur inscrite sur la bouteille!! De plus je suis certain que le rendement sera plus élevé que celle d'origine car c'est Amsoil!

Results are good clean crispy shifts, especially with spirited driving.

I used this in my 1995 Dodge ram 2500 NV4500, 1997 Dodge ram 2500 NV4500 and my 1994 Dodge Dakota with the AX15. Made all transmissions shift great. It’s hard to find gear oil specifically formulated for older manual transmissions. The easy pack takes out so much aggravation when filling a manual transmission.

this fluid completely refreshed my 06 G56 manual transmission from groggy to like new condition and operation. my transmission shifts like new now that i flushed it and put this ams oil in it. 10/10 amazing

I've used this oil twice now for my ar5 in my 06 Colorado 4x4 and after the inital change of fluids from when I first got the truck, I noticed a decent amount of difference in both shift quality and cold weather performance! I recently put some in it again after a clutch change, and it seems to have pulled out a lot of old gunk from the tranny and during this bitter cold we're having currently it shifts like a brand new car. I know some of that is due to the clutch change, but I'm positive that this oil is doing some good work with this cold weather too. Definitely good stuff and worth the price!

This was the first time using AMSOIL manual transmission & transaxle gear lube. I was able to discern how the gears were able to get into gear much smoother and effortless than with the stock fluid on my M7 2017 Corvette GS. It was surprising how it felt in the beginning. The more I drove it the more it confirmed that sensation. Very happy with this trans fluid.

Excellent product that meets or exceeds factory fluid.

Had a hard time with an old W58 that was still the original transmission with 1st & 2nd gears needing to be forced in and out at low speeds when the car ran cold. Putting this product in made an immediate impact and after about a month of daily driving, it has become a smooth shift pattern on e again. I am going to use this in my new transmission for another build I am working on. Loyal AMSOIL fan boy.

i used this in my 85 Porsche 944 and it works well the car shifts just as well as before but not better ( its pretty smooth) the easy pack bags are great and i did not even have to jack up the car ! for the price i would say its a good option

Pour in my manual transmission just one quart cuz or was a little low and worls great even as an additive love amsoil products
