Transmission seems to be shifting smother. Highly recommend.

I have been using this transmission fluid for years in all my vehicles. It seems to pretty much cover every popular make and model. It's been around for years, before the ultra thin high efficiency fluids, that I just don't trust yet. This is the baseline fluid and as always yielded better than factory fuel economy and a noticable reduction in operating temperatures. Not to mention every time that I have used this fluid I've been able to get high mileage with zero failures.

This is the second time I’ve flushed my transmission in my 2010 Toyota Tundra TRD 4X4. The first time I flushed the transmission I used the actual WS ATF, it was just fine. But when I used the Amsoil ATF I noticed a small difference for the better. I also replaced the transmission filter and pan (rubber) gasket. The first time I flushed I had 73,000 miles, I now have 130,000. The better from this oil change is, the transmission downshifts to first at 10MPH making left or right turns. Before it stayed in second gear. Also the overdrive snaps to attention! I also noticed a little better fuel mileage especially on the road. I just come off a 1,000 mile road trip visiting family. 2021 Silverado 1500 8L90, 97000 miles. Had a heavy shudder in transmission, torque converter slipping, RPM’s up and down while driving. Took truck to transmission shop and was told truck needed new transmission and torque converter. $6000 estimate. After researching the issue, changed filter and fluid to the Amsoil fluid. Solved every issue I was having. Transmission performs better, shifts smoother than when I purchased the truck new from the dealership. Made a believer out of me. Amsoil will be the only fluids I put in my vehicles from now on.

Use this in our 2013 Elantra with 152,000 miles. Now, no more hard shifts. Excellent Amsoil product as always. I've been a returning customer for many years now for all Amsoil products due to results just like this.

Check compatibility, fill your transmission and know you have the ultimate protection. Towing a travel trailer and being a mechanic, I have first hand experienced the smooth shifting with less clutch disc material on the magnets and filter between changes. The extended intervals alone make this a best value for the money.

I used Ford's ULV at 30k miles. The trans runs good but every once in a while the trans would have hard shifts. I drained and filled with Amsoil's ULV at 47k miles. I immediately noticed the difference in shifting. I think the 10R80 really likes Amsoil. I've ran the Amsoil ULV for about 2k miles and have not had a hard shift with the trans. At 60k miles I'll be dropping the pan, change the filter and loading with Amsoil ULV.

I performed an entire Amsoil fluid swap on my truck of 150K miles. It took no time at all to see a 2.5 mpg increase in fuel savings. Will recover the cost of the fluid changes in a short amount of time.

i'm a master technician and i use this to fix the infamous Chevy 8 speed judder! no need to do the triple flush....just 7 qts does the trick. best stuff out there!

MUCH better than what came from the factory

I recently purchased a very low mileage 2006 Toyota Corolla that had never had the transmission fluid changed(105k) . It was very noisy and rough shifting .I drained the old fluid and changed the filter and refilled it with Amsoils Signature Series Transmission fluid and wow! What a difference it made, transmission showing 20 degrees cooler( per the trans temp gauge) and is so much smoother and quieter.

This is a heads up on product packaging. If the customer doesn't inform the vendor of packaging problems , the vendor doesn't know what to fix. The foil seal under the cap sometime arrives leaking , with only the plastic cap to provide a seal. If the the cap isn't torqued down tight the fluid gets on the other products. Also some of the "bags" of fluid seep out of the seams on the bottom of the bag. I discovered this after having stocked them on wooden shelves , discovering the wet wood under the bag later. I'm not complaining, I'm making you aware that's all ! Amsoil is the Best !
